Through the unlikely friendship of upbeat Scuttle and dry-witted Barnacle, Scuttle Reports from Pierside turns familiar moments of Navy life into four-panel comics filled with humor and heart. The loose black-and-white pen-and-ink artwork gives the series the nostalgic feel of an old newspaper comic, while recurring characters make every card part of a larger collection.

I created this series to turn familiar Navy experiences into cards that make Sailors and the people who love them smile.

Created for Sailors, families, friends, and shipmates who know the best way through Navy life is to laugh about it.

For Sailors—and everyone cheering them on from shore. Details: - 5 x 7 card printed on high-quality cardstock. - Inside message. - Envelope included. - Shipped protected inside a cellophane bag.
