Navy Humor Cards

Through the unlikely friendship of upbeat Scuttle and dry-witted Barnacle, Scuttle Reports from Pierside turns familiar moments of Navy life into four-panel comics filled with humor and heart. The loose black-and-white pen-and-ink artwork gives the series the nostalgic feel of an old newspaper comic, while recurring characters make every card part of a larger collection. I created this series to turn familiar Navy experiences into cards that make Sailors and the people who love them smile.
